Head - Human Resources
MGP is seeking an experienced human resources executive to manage staff recruitment and training. Field staff and some first line managers are hired from the very villages MGP serves, and many have not worked in professional organizations before. Such staff must be hired rapidly to match MGP's growing customer base. For each position, MGP has established processes. Newly hired staff must be properly trained in these processes to ensure that once they are deployed, they can complete their job responsibilities effectively. The Head of Human Resources will be responsible for translating the processes into training programs, building a team of recruiters and trainers, and coordinating the recruitment and training processes for field staff.

Regional Operations Managers
MGP seeks a management professional to oversee performance of MGP’s first-line managers, ensuring each manager is following established processes for complete tariff collection from customers (paid in cash) and response by maintenance electricians to problem reports by customers. The Regional Manager will oversee three Area Managers one each in Eastern UP, Central UP, and Bihar and a customer base which will will be expanding rapidly over the course of 2017.

Business Development Managers
To grow, MGP must a) identify new villages in which to build micro grids and b) recruit customers along each of its micro grids. The field work is conducted by Customer Relationship Officers who identify and survey communities, market MGP's offering, and coordinate customer group formation. These CROs are directly managed by District Business Development Managers.High-performing District Business Development Managers may be promoted to Regional Business Development Managers. Candidates must be comfortable in rural areas and must be willing to manage field staff to follow established processes.

Internal Auditors
MGP's business is reliant on staff at all levels diligently following established processes. To ensure this, MGP is recruiting an internal auditor team to audit processes, cash flow, and inventory on a continuous basis. Auditors must spend significant time in the field, traveling from branch to branch, working closely with field staff and first line managers, and reporting directly to Lucknow management.
